multi objective locating and allocating in blood supply chain (case study: mazandaran province)

چکیده
because the blood is one of the most important requirements of each patient in different critical conditions, one of the concerns of the health centers is facing the blood shortage or blood corruption. therefore blood supply chain management tries to fill the gap between suppliers and consumers, which causes failing to counter the shortage and minimizing the blood product corruption and the costs. in this paper, this has been tried to solve mentioned problems by establishing new and appropriate blood bases, and building supporting bases and using available equipment such as moving bases and buses for receiving the blood in the east mazandaran, in order to minimize mentioned problem to a desirable range. thus, a mathematical programming model for this problem is designed. the first objective function is to minimize the maximum shortage of blood in hospitals during the period. the second objective function is to calculate the maximum coverage period of blood donors. the third objective function is to minimize the transportation cost among various nodes, blood inventory maintenance cost and building new regional blood centers. the proposed model has been studied using gams software and pareto solution.

Unlike commonly used methods, in this paper, we have introduced a new approach for designing fuzzy controllers. In this approach, we have simultaneously optimized both objective functions of a supply chain over a two-dimensional space. Then, we have obtained a spectrum of optimized points, each of which represents a set of optimal parameters which can be chosen by the manager ...

Today, in the existing competitive market, proper management of the supply chain has attracted a lot of attention to increasing profitability and customer satisfaction. Managers and decision-makers may use policies to survive in this situation, but a desirable outcome will only come when a precise and comprehensive model is used. Therefore, a detailed design and systematic planning of the suppl...

The competitive market and declined economy have increased the relevant importance of making supply chain network efficient. This has created many motivations to reduce the cost of services, and simultaneously, to increase the quality of them. The network as a tri-echelon one consists of Suppliers, Warehouses or Distribution Centers (DCs), and Retailer nodes. To bring the problem closer to real...
